Start With Hair Down

Place your thumb and your pointer finger at the recession points of your forehead and pinch out the front section of your hair in a triangle

You will need three bobby pins.  The first two pins should be placed horizontally to your hair line from each side.

Place the third bobby pin across the other two to form an X.  If you would like the bubble a little higher you can tease the front section to give you more height.
